We can’t guarantee you a ticket on the door, so please book your tickets early! Luckily, there are a number of ways to easily book your tickets before the show. Come visit our friendly Box Office staff or chat to them on the phone. You can book your tickets through Box Office on 01934 645493; the Box Office is open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 2pm and up to 1 hour before performances.
On days where performances are scheduled in our Main House our box office will be open one hour before the start time. For events in our Studio Theatre and Theatre Bar the box office will be open 30 minutes before the start time. Please note that phone lines during this time may not be open. At certain times of the year our opening times may vary. Please check the times on our website before you make a special trip.

The best way to book tickets is from the comfort of your own home, desk or online whilst out and about. To book tickets this way, find the show you want to see and follow the online booking link. Please note, a booking fee is added for online sales.
All tickets purchased over the phone, will be kept at the Theatre Box Office for you to pick up beforehand or on the day. Help us to make a difference – and use less paper. If you have a smart phone, when ordering tickets on-line, select the ‘Print at Home’ option. Then you’ll receive an email with a digital copy of your ticket. Alternatively, if you are booking through our box office you can have your tickets sent to you via email instead of having paper tickets, just let our Box Office staff know during your booking process. But no need to print these off – just present your digital tickets on your phone to our Front of House staff on the night of the event. We even have free Wi-Fi at the theatre, so no need to worry about accessing them online. So no need for any paper!
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to Weston-super-Mare Town Council.
If you have Blakehay Theatre Gift Vouchers, please note these can only be used through our Blakehay Theatre Box Office for events at the Blakehay Theatre.
